2007 global temperature second hottest since 1880

On January 16, 2008, Dr. James Hansen of NASA’s released the 2007 global temperature data with very little press attention. The result: 2007 is tied with 1998 as the second hottest year since 1880. So much for "the Earth is already cooling down."
