DemandDebate.com, a project of former tobacco lobbyist Steven J. Milloy, released the results of a survey that purported to test the level of consensus among the IPCC scientists who wrote the physical basis document for the IPCC earlier this year. The author analyzes the survey and concludes that its only function is to serve as anti-global warming propaganda. Part 1 of 3 of a series investigating DemandDebate.com and Steve Milloy.
